NTCCA is an international community of Christian scholars and learners in Central Africa who seek to live Christ-centered lives and to view life and humanity from a Christian worldview, based on the Word of God from a Wesleyan perspective. NTCCA is committed to guiding, stimulating, and equipping students for a life of service to their fellow human beings, either as full-time ministers or as lay persons. To this end, the college and the extension delivery centres create an environment in which all learners can Experience a creative, vital, integrated commitment to Christ. Improve their understanding of God, humanity and the world through increased knowledge as well as through experience gained in community. Increase their capacities for critical and creative thinking and ability to perceive, formulate, analyze and solve problems. Deepen their spiritual relationship to the Living Word, the security of a solid foundation for their social, political, mental, physical and spiritual life. Acquire proficiency in ministerial, pastoral or other church-related capacities, including ministry in mixed teams of colleagues, male and female, multi-national. Develop a deep personal ethic of stewardship of time, talents and finances, becoming responsible citizens, able to earn a living by working (tent-making like Paul). Become servant-leaders able to teach others to be leaders. Relate compassionately to the under-privileged and physically challenged. NTCCA/NTCCASE exists to provide a Christ-centered education in harmony with the Church of the Nazarene.
